Do I need to be at the property?

No. Most clients provide entry instructions during booking. You receive a message when we arrive and another when the property is complete.

What do you not clean?

We do not provide recurring house cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, home organization, hoarding cleanup, trash hauling, or hazardous material cleanup. Every project is a one-time property cleaning.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes. We arrive with all equipment, cloths, and professional-grade products. If you prefer we use products you provide, note it during booking.

Three to five days is comfortable for most services. Company's Coming Deep Cleaning is designed for short notice, and we reserve same-week capacity for it.
